Gammer Vision / Services

What needs to
work better?

Some businesses need a clearer website. Others need a tool built around their work, or a repetitive process made simpler. Start with the problem; we can decide what to build together.

01 / BE SEENWebsitesClear, credible places for people to find you, understand you and get in touch.

Design & build

Make the first impression
work harder.

Three website starting points, with the scope agreed in writing before work begins. The prices below apply to websites; software and automation are quoted individually.

Website packages / Choose your starting point

A clear scope.
A useful website.

All three packages include responsive layouts, a secure review link before launch, and final checks for links, forms and common screen sizes. The difference is how much structure, customisation and functionality your business needs.

Product entry stays flexible. Your store can support the catalogue agreed for the platform. You can add products yourself, or Gammer Vision can quote separately to prepare and enter them after seeing the product information.

You supply product names, descriptions, prices, images, delivery details and store policies. Platform subscriptions, payment charges and paid tools remain separate.

Use it in your own time.

These are one-off support blocks, not subscriptions. Buy one as and when you need help; any unused balance stays available for later requests.

No monthly commitment. Purchase support only when you need it. There is no requirement to use the hours during the month you buy them.

One balance, several requests. Ask for as many suitable updates as you need until the purchased hours are used.

Time covers the complete change. Reviewing, completing, testing and publishing each request all count towards the balance.

Every change is documented. Luke records the work completed and time used, so you can see what your hours covered and the balance remaining.

Estimates are a guide. Luke will flag work likely to exceed the remaining balance and agree the next step before continuing.

Larger development is separate. New ecommerce systems, custom features, full redesigns and complex integrations need their own quote.

02 / WORK SMARTERSoftware developmentTools that fit your process instead of asking your team to work around them.

Custom software

Built for the way
you actually work.

From a small internal tool to a customer-facing application, the right build depends on who will use it and what it needs to do. We’ll define the problem, the users and the boundaries before setting a price.

Discuss software

Projects we can explore

  • Internal dashboards and workflow tools
  • Customer portals and forms that do more
  • Connections between existing systems
  • Focused web applications for a particular task
HOW IT IS PRICEDQuoted to the brief

Functionality, integrations, design, testing, ongoing support and third-party costs are agreed before development starts.

03 / REMOVE FRICTIONAI & automationPractical ways to reduce repetitive work and make information easier to use.

Useful technology, carefully applied

Less busywork.
More room to think.

Not every problem needs AI. Sometimes a straightforward automation is the better answer. We’ll look at the process first, then choose an approach that makes sense for the people using it.

Discuss AI & automation

Where it could help

  • Moving information between tools
  • Sorting and summarising incoming requests
  • Helping teams find and use their own information
  • Drafting routine content for human review
HOW IT IS PRICEDQuoted to the brief

We’ll agree the workflow, data access, human checks, tools and running costs before deciding what to build.

Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Why do software and automation not have set prices?

The cost depends on the users, features, existing systems and support needed. After a conversation, Luke can define a scope and quote before development begins.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Describe what is slowing you down or what you want customers to do. We can explore whether a website, a custom tool, an automation or a combination makes sense.

Are the website support blocks monthly subscriptions?

No. They are one-off blocks for suitable website updates, purchased only when needed. Unused hours remain available, and the work and time used are documented.

How do you approach AI responsibly?

We start with the task and the information involved. Any proposal should explain which tools are used, what data they can access, where a person reviews the output and what the running costs are.
